The right of building only one structure from the plans purchased is licensed exclusively to the buyer, and the plans, in any form, cannot be resold. This is also the case with reproducible vellum and site images. Purchasing vellums allows the buyer to reproduce a maximum of 10 sets.

The plans, in any form, cannot be resold or transferred. Copyright owners can seek full remedies available under the copyright statutes including statutory damages of up to $150,000 per infringement.
Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our plan information, we reserve the right to make corrections on our floor plans or elevations if changes occur.
